The first building (which was the former St. Benedict’s School) is in the final stages of construction as of June 2025. Residents will start moving in mid- to late-summer 2025. We anticipate that the first building will be complete by Fall 2025. The second building (the former Benedictine Monastery) is still under construction, and will likely be ready for residents in late 2026.
